What are the
dimensions of your flash cards? |

Our flashcards are A6 size (148mm x
105mm). This is larger than most flashcards offered by other
companies. |

What is the
quality of your flash cards like? |
|
Very high. We
use top quality card and our flashcards are printed by a
professional printing company. In addition, all of our cards
are laminated for durability. All of our cards have rounded
corners for safety and are packed in heavy card packs. All
pictures on the flashcards are in full color with the corresponding
word on the back. |

What categories are on offer? |

We offer over 24
different categories including Alphabet, Animals, Food,
Descriptions, Clothing, At School and At Home. For a full list

We use our own artists who specialize in
children's artwork. |

cards in US English or British English? |

Both. For pictures that have a
different word in these languages we list both the American and the
British words (such as "truck" and "lorry"). This is also the
case for US / British spelling. |

do you offer? |

We offer credit card,
Paypal (Palypal for Full Set and Starter Sets only), check,
international money order and bank deposit (bank deposit for
Japanese based customers only). Credit card and Paypal
payments are taken online through this website. For check,
money order and bank deposit payments, please send us an email with
your details and we'll send you a payment instructions email. |

How safe is it to pay
by credit card? |
|
Very safe.
Online credit card ordering has come a long way since the early days
when there were often reports of online credit card theft. We
use 2checkout.com and Paypal.com, both of which are leaders in
credit card security and use secure servers when taking your credit
card details. They handle the whole credit card payment
process so even we at Flashcards for Kids are unable to obtain any

How long does shipping take? |
|
All orders are dispatched within 24
hours and are sent by courier. You will receive your order
within one week of your payment. |

How much do you charge
for shipping? |
|
This depends on the
size of your order and your destination. If you are paying by
credit card you will have a chance to review the shipping costs
during the payment procedure (and before you actually give your
credit card details). For other payment methods we will sent
you the shipping costs by email. If you are not sure, please
feel free to contact us for shipping costs. |

Which shipping methods
do you use? |

Within Japan we use
takkyubin (very fast and reliable). For the rest of the world
we use EMS (Express Mail Service) which is a courier mail company.
They are very fast and every step of the route to your door is
tracked. |
